Tomasz Grodecki

My adventure with sport started almost two decades ago when I began playing rugby. Rugby became a very important part of my life. I had many achievements on both the national and international arena. I participated in the World and European Junior Championships as part of the Polish Junior Team, and later in the European Rugby Championship 7 seniors. I was proud to represent the Polish Rugby Team both in Rugby 15s and Rugby 7s. During that time, I was a three-times winner ofthe Polish Cup. I am strongly associated with my league team Budowlani Rugby SA Łódź with whom I was a four-time Polish Rugby League winner.
As a personal trainer, I know that in sport aside from strong discipline of training and high motivation, atmosphere and the real joy of physical activity are very important. I believe that exercise boosts positive energy, and at the same time gives satisfactory results. I like to take a fun and educational approach to each workout session. My aim is to equip my clients with not only the skills, but also the knowledge of how to reach their fitness and health goals.
